If you want to be one of those fans cheering live at the arena, it's time to get ready: ticket sales for The International 2026 kick off on June 10th at 2pm China Standard Time.

The in-arena action runs from August 20 - 23 at the SPD Bank Oriental Sports Center, with two ticket options available: single-day tickets for any day, or two-day bundles covering Thursday/Friday and Saturday/Sunday. All seating this year will be assigned, with no General Admission options available.

Ticket prices vary based on day and section, so check out the full chart of options below:

There are two purchase paths this year: one for fans purchasing domestically within China, and another for purchasing internationally.

China Domestic Sales
Chinese domestic ticket sales will be available through Damai or the Perfect World app, and will require a Chinese ID to complete any sale.

Once ticket sales begin on June 10th at 2pm (China Standard Time), the first twenty minutes will serve as a priority purchase period for domestic tickets. During this period, purchases are restricted to active Dota players in China who have played at least ten games in within the last six months. (To be eligible for priority purchase, please verify your account status in advance by the end of Wednesday, June 3, 2026.)

From 2:30pm (CST) onward, domestic tickets will be available for purchase to all Chinese customers.

International Sales
For fans purchasing outside of China, ticket sales will commence on June 10th at 2:30pm (CST) via Trip.com.

The International Team Registration

May 05, 2026

The International is getting closer. After many years, Dota's ultimate proving ground is returning to China and returning to August, which is now just a few short months away.

In preparation, we've updated the registration process for any teams interested in participating in The International this year.

All interested teams must sign up through the Dota pro team registration site. A manager must first register their team, and then each of the players must join individually. As part of team registration, a team representative must agree with the team participation agreement for this year's event. This agreement requires that teams and players abide by certain rules, including treating their players fairly and equally, and can be viewed during the registration process, as well as here.

Teams must complete the registration process by 2pm PDT on Monday, May 18th to be eligible for a direct invitation to The International or any Regional Qualifier.

We'll be back later this month with more details, including team invitations, qualifier details, and information on ticket sales. The final push to reach Dota's biggest stage is about to begin.

For now, there's already a ton of pro Dota heating up the calendar, and it will only get more intense as we weave further into the year.
